What happens during a somatic healing session?

We start with a heartfelt conversation, building a connection, and identifying the experiences ripe for exploration and healing.

We gently turn our awareness towards the intense emotions, the reflexive responses that shield our deeper, softer feelings. These tender emotions often guard our most vulnerable selves, parts that may have felt powerless or unseen.

We then warmly invite the body into this dialogue, attuning to its sensations and engaging in physical exercises. By observing the body's tension and relaxation, we navigate the rhythm of our session, ensuring it resonates with your inner tempo.

In this journey, the interconnectedness of mind, body, and energy serves as a gateway to process and heal from life's challenging experiences, entrenched patterns, and deep-seated wounds.
